Our name, "The Heritage", truly reflects these definitions. We honor the inheritance of this land from our ancestors with the names of our streets. Revere Lane for Paul Revere, celebrated hero of the American Revolution; Hancock Lane for John Hancock, prominent patriot and the first to sign the Declaration of Independence; and Franklin Circle for Benjamin Franklin, inventor, scientist, publisher, philanthropist.

The Heritage features huge oak trees, one aptly named by locals the Great Heritage Oak, beautiful landscaping, a colonial style clubhouse, and an inviting swimming pool with crystal clear salt water. A quaint, serene townhouse development nestled in the midst of a large variety of trees; palm, orange, pine, pecan, and many others. We have the only brick exteriors and enjoy two parking spots. The land, once a thriving orchard, has soil that is rich and fertile and is truly an inherited treasure.

Located in beautiful Holly Hill, Florida, The Heritage is situated on Flomich Avenue between Nova Road and Ridgewood Avenue. If you honor our Heritage, celebrate tradition, and respect the land, we invite you to come share these values with us.
